I've just been trying to make sense of Italy's Gazzetta dello Sport and Spain's El Pais. I speak neither language but hoped to see the words "Newcastle United" on the same line as some famous players. Sadly not this time. Anyway, I was wondering whether any of you could keep an eye on the European press. I'm sure there are a few linguists among you. Perhaps the likes of the papers I've tried may be more reliable than the UK press when it comes to transfers?
