Carter is keeping all of it together

With the loss of two great characters and the arrival of the many new ones, I think Carter has definatley kept many viewers back each week. The only characters that are still around since the beginning are Kerry, Mark, Benton and Carter. This season Carter absolutely has the best story. If it wern't for him, I wouldn't be as obsessed with the show as I am. (which i like :) I think the writers have been absolutely brilliant this season. only 3 days left till thursday!!

Just think.. what if Lucy never wanted to leave and there wasn't any stabbing?? Whoah, things would be so different... i like it now, but I want Carter to get better. (he also needs a girlfriend)

Lauren...everything you said, I couldn't have said it better! I loved Lucy, but no kidding! If it weren't for her, none of this would have happened.

Lauren, you are absolutely right. Of course, Carter has always been the reason that I watch the show. I like a lot of the characters, but Carter is the character I love. As for girlfriends, I think that what he needs most is a friend. He and Anna had a pretty good friendship, and I think that he and Jing-Mei (Deb) seem to have a bond. I hope his storyline is resolved in a way that will satisfy all of us fans.

Carter has always been my favourite character since the beginning of the show. I agree with you, he has a very interesting story. I really care about what is going to happen to him.

But I must say that among the new characters, I really like Luka. I want to know more about him, his life, why he came to the States...etc... Of course, he's very handsome and has a cute accent. But he's also so kind, I loved seeing him playing with the twins.

Lauren, Just a quick correction, Kerry was not around at the very beginning. I don't know when she came in, but she was not in the pilot.

Kerry started appearing at the beginning of the second season, as a recurring character. She moved up to regular cast in the 3rd season.

What an interesting thought! I wonder what their plans were for the season before Kellie decided to leave. I'll have to ponder that one for a while!
