I read all the previous messages related to ccverify, but did not see any solution except copying ccverify script into smart.cgi somewhere. It wasn't a clear message.

If somebody figured it out please send a message.

Insert the following line after the "require 'smart.cfg';" :-

require 'cookie.lib';
