My question only pertains to this forum because of the story's setting and the era, (farm/Civil War to 1920's). Anyway, this book blew me away, and I'm not easily impressed! It was just an incredible story. I couldn't put it down, and now that I'm done with it I miss it! I'd love to hear from anyone else who has read it.

The author is Jeffrey Lent, and it was just published. Any library should have it. Amazon has it (of course). I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
