University of Canterbury student services manager
Linda East said 34 students at the university were
still only provisionally enrolled because of delays
processing their loans.

Winz-administered student loans were dogged by
problems this year, with delays to fee payments
holding up enrolment, and delays to living costs
causing hardship for some students.
