Oh no! He's using examples of inconsistancy in selective censoring again. Well I'm sure that because Y2K Pro 'err OTFR is a Polly himself, is good 'nuf reason to cut 'ol Andy Ray a little slack.

To be fair, Andy Ray, although he has nothing to say, restrains himself to saying it about once a week. Whereas al-d is more than happy to launch empty or repetitive threads up to four or five times a day.

It is simply the frequency of the annoyance that makes al-d a nuisance more worthy of corrective action than Andy Ray, just as a kid who repeats back everything you say for two minutes is less deserving of a spanking than a kid who persists in the same course for two hours.

Al-d can be a load sometimes but hey, that is the beauty of this forum. I will agree that his posts should go unscathed if for no other reason than to remain totally uncensored. I always found statements like this amusing. When OTFR doesn't come down on Andy Ray or LadyLogic, then OTFR is clearly a polly and gets flamed. When OTFR attempts to protect Diane's web site, then OTFR is clearly a doomer and gets flamed.

I believe this would help indicate that, in fact, OTFR is doing a good job.

Most here are very kind folks who have IMHO responded very nicely to you, you have even provoked some good food for thought. Dont stop now, since your arrival, there have been very thought provoking threads re: religion, reincarnation, etc...

I don't think anyone wants to ban you my friend,we are very opposed to that kind of forum.I do believe that most would like to appeal to your logical side in reference to your postings(no multiple postings of same thought or statements).Just be a regular kinda guy and persuade through actions and gentle persuassion,no one wants to feel as if they are being force fed someone elses beliefs.

I think you should tone it down a bit.

Speaking as one who has appreciated the fact that you bring up such subjects on this forum.

In fact, I appreciate the fact that you've given me an opportunity to speak out on things I've kept hidden inside for a lot of years. (Like I've said, I'm a backslider.)

But posting so many threads per day ticks people off, y'know. Like the Book says, "A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly." -- Proverbs 18:24.

Before too long I'm going to post something that makes Frank, indeed all Roman Catholics, real mad. It will be based in nothing but 100% verifiable fact, though.

Myself included, No one here would vote to have you silenced. But I suggest sometime that you take the cotton out of your ears and put it in your mouth and listen-rather than just talking. You have yet to address a question I have twice asked you-How do you profess to "teach" the gospel, and then use word salad in the attempt to do this? If you are TRULY in the business of "saving souls" you would use plain language that all can understand-No actual writings of Jesus have ever been discovered, but I suspect he did not speak the way you do-that would not be a stretch.

People have asked you to write plainly-you refuse. People have asked you to contribute on other topics besides Jesus-you have refused. All you seem to want to do is glorify yourself.

You seem to be an obsessive-compulsive-maybe a therapist could help. There are good medications today.
