Differential effects of weight lifting and jogging on insomnia

Several years ago I read of a study which showed resistance training produced an improvement in insomnia while aerobic exercise(jogging) worsened ith insomnial. The study has important implications for emotional regulation but I have lost the reference. I would appreciate any help in finding the study. It is not listed in the PsychInfo literature. Thanks.
