a friend of mine e-mailed this to me and was wondering if this will work for goat milk as well as cow milk? or can goat milk be seperated? I have 12 milking does and plan on having a small dairy, selling and catering to friends.

Yes, goats milk can be separated. If you get one of the goat catalogs (Hoegger's or Caprine Supply, etc.) you'll find that they sell separators. This separator would probably work, but you might need to make some adjustments -- maybe someone who's used one will see this and let us know.

The description doesn't tell enough to tell if it is a centrifugal or gravity type of seperator, and no picture either. Hard to say if it is complete, and if some discs are damaged or missing you would be out of luck.
