Stephan, the "next" button runs using javascript, and the tool itself runs using a cookie. This cookie is NOT stored on your computer and is only a session cookie, it only exists while the tool is open and is used to pass information from one section of the tool to the other. Both of these functions are disabled in some browsers if the security level is set at high. Security levels (in IE) can be set from the tools menu, under the security tab. Setting the level to medium should allow your browser to process the javascript and cookie. Also can I ask that all contributors could state their browser type and version, if their problem is technical, so that the feedback is as accurate and relevant as possible.
