The treasurers report was accepted on motion of Reitan, seconded by Chaney. Motion to roll over the note was passed on motion of Pearson, seconded by Reitan.

Aas led a discussion of the committee situation. We need to increase membership by 25% this year. We need a membership chair. Reitan will continue to chair the marketing committee. Reitan also presented proposed programming for the coming season. Aas will apply to the Duluth Clinic for a grant to subsidize the gospel concert. Amazing Grace will put advertising on line for the Altan concert and take credit card ticket sales for that concert. AGO has been advertising a concert on October 15, 2000 at Sacred Heart and we know nothing about this. MacLeod will investigate. Aas and Reitan will approach Joe Leek about funding for Classic Retro. Reitan will approach the Fond du Lac Band for funding for the Native American event and will contact the Chamber of Commerce about funding for the photo show.

Aas will ask Lynn Tryggestad to be program chair. Matt Faeber will be approached by MacLeod to be on the program committee. Aas appointed Chaney, Faerber and Janet Blixt to serve on this committee.

Fundraising and finance are now one committee. Thiel-Beyer will do grant research on the internet. Also on the committee are Eaton, King, Kelly, Ramsland, Danielson, Halvorson, Grant and Steve Lewis from Western National.

Terry Anderson will be asked to chair membership as well as organ. Paulette Wyman will also serve on this committee.

Phil Bradley would like someone with mechanical skills to tour the building with him once a week. No temperature changes are to be made by anyone without executive clearance.

Complimentary tickets are now available, courtesy of Reitan.
