how to build muscle fast...

I joined the jrotc program at my school and am getting ready for my first semester. I am afraid that I will fail because I am not physically fit. I am 6 ft 2 148 pounds and can only do a maximum of 40 push-ups without having severe pain in my arms. How can I increase the strength of my muscles without having to do so many push-ups?

Hi, I'm 15 but Ive been lifting four 3 years and Ive found that beching high reeps and this bench i do that's like u do 5 reps then 4 then 3 and so on. but the important thin is that you have to increase weight as you do this workout.

I have been lifting for 2 years i am 15 when i started my biceps were a mere 11 inces after following this program they are now 15 inces i followed a program called German volume training what you do is a your then take a timed break in between normally 25 seconds and do another untill you've done ten sets this doesn't cut down on the number of reps but it works

to build muscle fast... man, it's all diet and eating a minimum of 4- 6 small to medium meals (depending on the amount of your workout) per day... don't get more than about 45g fat, 80-150g carbs and you need .4g of protein for every pound you weigh... oh, and REST...that's right.. take two full days off every ten days and always take Sunday off...

First you will notice a drop in body fat...then toning...then after 12 weeks... you'll weigh up to as much as 30 lbs more... (that's if you are taking supplements --strongly suggested...)
