Oh my yes, a longer life as long as other critera can be met. As I told a friend of mine once that if they come up with a pill to guarantee a five hundred year lifetime, they would also have to guarantee me four hundred and ninety nine years of good health and a flexible and active brain able to figure what else to do for all those 400 years that would be new or an old thing to do approached from an intersting angle. Man I would hate to fear three hundred years of acute boredom. No guarantee - no swallow.

Fool proof skeletal stucture, especially the spine, sound bones, muscles, nerves and organs. Allergy free bodies.

A method to allow us to use all of our brain effectively.

I would be like the video cartoon goddess, Lara Croft. I'd be beautiful, athletic, have a drop dead gorgeous figure, and be able to kick some serious butt.

I would like to be able to do martial arts just like Neil in the "Matrix" movie.

The first improvement that came to my mind (within an arthritic body) is make non-deteriorating joints. That's just a start. Non- deteriorating everything could be a cool idea. At least double our life span. And better vision at night, yet have the ability to cut that in half at will so the sunlight doesn't hurt our eyes.

I'd be more atheletic.
