7th season premiere

Wouldn't the 7th season have to start where the 6th season ended? Kerrie had just gotten a call form some judge about giving the okay to do a procedure on a pregnant lady. Luka did it before this happened. I mean something would have to happen from that. What are they going to do, just pretend it didn't happen?

No, cammie, luka did not do anything. he was about to do an emergency c-section without consent, but cleo stopped him. she didn't physically force him to stop but she refused to help and verbally warned him. later, they delivered the dead fetus because had it been left in her body, it would have poisoned her and the placenta detatching would have probably caused her to bleed severely. He did not violate the order because he did not deliver a living baby. he followed the girls wishes. what makes it sad is that it was authorized too late--that baby did not have to die

My guess is the seventh season will start at a later point in time by days, weeks, and possibly months. That's been typical in other season premiers...either starting in July or August, but since the next season won't air until October, I'm thinking they might even have it be later than in the past. We might never hear another word about the pregnant lady in MAY DAY. It wouldn't be the first time that a season ended with something dramatic that was never mentioned again...like the guy shooting his family at the end of season four (I think that's right) and Carol, Mark, and Doug trying to get into their car, the alarm blaring. That I recall, they've never, ever been mentioned again. Of course, the Carter stuff will be some kind of issue but who knows to what degree.

Usually, the season openers have very little to do with the previous season finale. As the person above me mentioned, many things have been dropped from one season to the next. I think we've seen the last of the really horrible pregnant twit. But I don't think we've seen the last of Luka's angst!
