In the old days, usually I'd go to a travel agency knowing exactly where and when I want to go and wanting to know the best price I can get.Instead of geting a quick answer to this, the queue and the agency's process often seems long-winded.
And their overheads seem to be invested in other types of customer than me.
Over the years I've become a bit narked I can't deal more directly with supplier and get a discount
