North Side Outages Reported People on the north and northeast side of Columbus were troubled by power outages yesterday afternoon. An area of the north side, bounded by Graceland Shopping Center, High Street, Indianola Avenue, and Dunedin Road was out for about two hours when an underground cable failed. The Easton Town Center was without power for about one hour when a transformer behind the Cheesecake Factory exploded.
