i am making a bread for my friend called zuchini bread and i know i need zuchini and walnut but i have no idea what else to put in it. i love to try new things so if anyone can help PLEASE.

Zucchini Bread Combine: 3 cups gated zucchini, 1 cup oil, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sift in together, and stir to blend: 3 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ginger. Add: 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup raisins and beat 4 minutes. Place in grased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350F. You can also freeze this bread for later.
