Movies that make you want to throw things. Sharp things

I just saw "Scary Movie" a few days ago. You can read what I thought of it here. My stomach is still churning from trying to digest all that "humour." Place your critique of a crappy movie here.

Ooohhh Jamie! Hehe..I've read your review of "Scary Movie", and I totally agree with you. I envy you though..only losing 80 minutes of your life. I arrived at the theatre at 9pm to go to the 9:35pm show. While waiting in line with friends who assured me that this movie was going to be hilarious and kick some serious ass, we watched three shows sell out in front of us and ended up waiting around to see the 11:05, which started uhh..maybe at 11:30? 11:45? Yeah, fun...I laughed a few times. Somewhere in between the penis and sex jokes and sitting next to Stinky Old Woman With No Teeth, the movie had it's moments. I can't for the life of me think of one of those moments, but uhh yeah..they may exist. My oh-so-cool friends are planning on seeing it again soon. I think I'll stay home and set myself on fire.

Whenever I see an otherwise good movie that deteriorates into dime-store Zen nihilism, I want to throw something. Ex: Jacob's Ladder & Fight Club. I'm not too fond of Robin Williams movies either.

*clears throat* Ahem....... well all i can really say about scary movie is......... well........... it's not SCARY. It's more like... ummm profanity versus crappy c grade acting. oh yes... it thrilled me to bits..... and you want to know why??? because i didnt pay a cent to go see it. personally i think they should ban cinemas from giving away free tickets to blockbuster-box office sellout-multiple grammy nominee-top quality movies like these. i just couldn't think of a better way to waste 3.5 hours on a friday night... man... i could have sat on my girlfriends couch watching THE DREAM with roy and hg... drinking rum and coca cola.... working for the ****** dollar. :op
