TNT and "24 Hours"

greenspun.com : LUSENET : ER Discussions : One Thread

Just one question- why can't TNT run "24 Hours" (aka The Pilot) when they do their marathon? I realize it's two hours and doesn't fit into the one hour time slot, but aren't they running 11 episodes? I would think they could show it first. I, for one, have never seen it. I was just wondering because TNT is showing the pilot episode of "Lois and Clark" in two seperate parts, why can't they do that with "ER?" Thanks!

~Jessica~ :-)

PS- Did ABC show the pilot in reruns?

I forgot to clarify that the pilot of "Lois and Clark" was originally aired as a two-hour movie, just like "ER," which makes me think TNT could divide it into two separate parts as well.

Stephanie- how *do* you know that? Or did you mean they showed it on ABC? I didn't know if ABC ran "24 Hours" or not. Did they? Then again, NBC could show the pilot. Sorry, I'm just rambling here! lol!

Thanks,

Jessica ;)

ABC did run the pilot last fall and again as a 2 part episode in December. I would think TNT could do the same.
