Y2K is actually secondary in the Belief System; it merely serves as the Catalyst of the Moment. We've seen at least one post over there that basically says that. A little further digging on Roleigh Martin will show you that Roleigh Martin has no credentials to make any kind of a judgement call in this area. Do you see how this works now? And they all do the same thing -- all the popular "fear leaders": Hyatt, North, Yourdon, etc......... I am sure any help or technical advice on getting our board back on track would be welcomed. Seems to me the problem lies in either a bad set-up of the board (as was suggested here somewhere) or by the fact that an inexperienced person is running the board (again, suggested here). First, sorry that I didn't answer you in the other thread. I'm just not here that much these days, and I don't keep up like I used to.

I know I've seen you around for a while, but I didn't think we had ever talked before. So, except for our different views on Y2K, which is history, you and I don't have any problems with each other. I'ld like to keep it that way.

I didn't mean anything personal in my comments. I was just pointing out that it really isn't much different from what Andy Ray is doing these days.
