Are you like me? Has society made you embarrassed about sex? Why are we so shy about sex? What's the big deal?

Sorry Piper, I love ya...But you're alone on this one. :-) I used to be shy about sex, though, till I actually had it... Afterwards.. Well, I am the wonderful specimen you see before you today. :-)

I'm not the least bit shy about sex. I don't know if it might have to do with the fact that where I live, everyone's really openminded about sex - it's not a bad thing to talk about and we start learning about sex at least once a year from third grade to ninth - first of all, the whole biological deal for a couple of years, then puberty, and then the actual sex and birth control deal. I think it's great. And most people aren't very ashamed about the whole thing either - you see it everywhere and I guess we learn to consider it natural from the beginning - in my case, it's more so that the society has made me relaxed about sex.I live in Sweden, by the way.

Anna I think has the commonsense approach to life. How can one be ashamed for being hungry or thirsty or tired ? Why should anyone be ashamed of being horny - - - the body's need to satisfy sexual hunger? I think it is how we each personally handle the situation which indicates our level of maturity.
