My boss is very mental and emotionally abusive. There are many of us at work that don't know what to do anymore. We have tried every possible means that we could think of to expose what she is doing to us and our agency. I know sit in my office terrified of her walking in the door. i am now under a Dr's care for depression and migraines that are a direct result of her abuse. I love my job and don't want to quit. I see many of my co-workers going through the same things I am and I feel helpless. We have already talked to her boss and gone as high as we can and nothing has helped to stop the situation. Please, what can I do to get this woman to quit abusing me and still keep my job? She also has been involved in illegal activities with the agency and no one will listen or seems to care.
