What's your experience with storms? Do you love storms as much as I do. I love thunder and lightning and heavy rain. It's peaceful and calming and romantic and wow. Of course, I don't enjoy the disasterous results storms can have, but I love them anyway.

I love and adore storms and rain. The disasters is a matter aside, but just the plain rain with storms and all that thunder... it's so much energy, in the same way as it's serene.

On our honeymoon in the mountains during World War 2 - - - the only two in a vast area, we were dropped off, to be picked up in a week. Our first afternoon, amongst other things, we fell asleep and waking later to the sound of rain on the corrugated, galvanized roof. How soothing that was. Most every afternoon while there we laid and listened to the rain on the roof. After the rain we would put on sweaters and go out in the cool air and look at things which seemed to be newly made and sparkling. Winter storms are a curse to me - - - as are floods, hurricanes etc.
