Heard a woeful tale from my old Da' last night. He's been playing golf with some SJP staff and there were big rumours flying around yesterday, which they were under strict instructions not to spread (yeah, right)about Fowler.

Apparently he's on the way out, and the Arsenal, who've long been interested, don't want to sell to make way, so Wor Bob has put in a tentative bid at #15m.

I'm SURE it can't be true, but you guys seem more on the pulse than a few back room boys at SJP.

Whadya reckon? Bollox or what?

Thank the lord. Didn't think Alzheimers could hit Wor Bob that quickly. As you say, why would he pay #15m for someone he don't need?

Seems like some SJP lads blowing off wihout foundation.
