Hi I used xingmpeg encoder to encode a NTSC VCD mpeg to a PAL mpeg so i could burn it and when i compared the two, the PAL mpeg during some parts looked a little wavy......its hard to explain but it looked shaky, wavy. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

PS: is xingmpeg encoder the best or are there better ones out there....ive heard panasonic is good but havent tried it b4
