1) Quan acted as though he still love Hoa, after all these years, but she seemed a bit reluctent to respoond the same way. Is this because she was upset about not ever hearing from him, or that she thought he would be diappointed in the fact that she was unfaithful to him?

2) When Quan went home he saw the bad shape his father was in. Why didn't he get someone to help him or keep an eye out for his well being?
