Hi, I was wondering if their are any sites out there that can give me simple R.E.M. release information, like music, books, videos? I have only found a couple - this one is a great site, it has loads of release info and has info on stuff like posters, music books and tour programmes: - http://geocities.com/reminfo_uk/normal.html If there are any more good sites out there, let me know! Dave

Try www.stipey.com and www.murmurs.com both are pretty good.

For the record, you will find none of what you are looking for at stipey.com or murmurs.com Nither site has a discography, let alone information about videos, books, et cetera. In fact Stipey.com only has a message board, a chat room and links! murmurs.com is basically news, lyrics guide, gallery and message board.

The CD's released are at this site, including catalogue numbers and release months, except for the special editions.

I'd recommend some R.E.M. collectors sites for all the other stuff released. Have a look through R.E.M. WebRing, particularlly: http://home13.inet.tele.dk/bs-sj/ Fantastic collection documented there!

Actually you might like to look at Gary Huested's discography. Not pretty I'm afraid, just a text file, but a lot of info there. You can download it at: http://www.remrock.com/disco.zip You can download this file a murmurs.com, and various other places that may have a more recent version.
