How many committee members do NOT have internet e-mail?

How many WHS building committee members do NOT have internet email? If this method of communication is to be of the greatest value for sharing information expeditiously between all members, then how is it proposed to include them in general on-line discussions? Comments, anyone?

Four that I know of, (Roberta, Eileen, Winnie (who I think is getting an account soon, and Fannie .)Possibly Bob Stiles, although he has internet access and can get to this page. Not sure about Charles Walker.

It will take additional resources, such as printouts and postal mail, as well as phone calls and reviews at the monthly meetings, to keep everyone informed.

Bob Stiles just recently got e-mail, and we can get his address on Saturday. My concerns are that neither Fannie, nor Virginia, nor Rich Dudenhofer -- people who may not be on the current Building Committee, but who are important to keep in the loop -- don't have e-mail access. Often, when I send e-mails to my Filley House people list (which includes the 4 Cohens as well because they have been great contributors to this project), I send printouts to some of the ones who are out of the electronic loop. I know it's an extra step, but they will be left in the dust of these communications if we don't include them on their technological level, whatever it is. Maybe we can implement a "buddy system" where each of us who has e-mail is responsible for contacting one member who doesn't and make sure that s/he knows what's happening.
