Vicki, I noticed on another thread your meal/bread with cheese, ham, onions, gr. peppers etc. It sounds great! Could you post the recipe here? Thanks!!

Hi Vaughn, you will hate me for this but I just use a basic egg receipe that fits my bread maker. Now before you hang me, it is the best time saver. I can throw the ingredients in it as I leave out the door to do chores, set it on dough only (so that it doesn't cook it) and then let it sit in the fridge once it is done. I do a grinding of wheat flour, and put it in the fridge adding about 1 cup of it to each recipe of bread. I keep a couple of batches of this premade bread dough in the fridge in ziplock baggies. I take one out in the morning to warm to room temp in a greased bowl with a damp tea towel over it, when it has doubled in size I add 1 inch cubes of mozzarella cheese, 1 inch cubes of any cooked meat, ham, pepperoni, and precooked, onion, garlic (have you tried the pre-chopped garlic from Wallmart in the jars?) and bell peppers. Knead.... well it is really trying to combine it, into the bread and then let rise on a cookie sheet that has been olive oiled and sprinkled with cornmeal. Cook in a hot oven for about 25 to 35 minutes, the loaf will sound hollow when done. If we aren't eating as soon as it comes out, I will paint it with olive oil to keep it from getting to crusty. It is also great dipped into pesto, just mash together garlic, salt, basil and then slurry in as much olive oil as you need, or dipped into a basic speghetti or pizza sauce. I pull it apart to eat, and serve with a big salad. Don't know if you have an Olive Garden in you neck of the woods, but they make the best cesar salad, it is my goal in life to copy this salad on day! :) You have a great day! Vicki..... and obviously if you want to mix and stir and knead your way into a homemade loaf of bread you can!!!
