MMM Movie Food !

greenspun.com : LUSENET : No Extra Day : One Thread

The talk about sandwiches in the coyote ugly post made me think of this topic of discussion I have had a couple of times with my brother. What would you say is one of the most enticing food/eating scenes in a film that either makes your mouth water or in some way just seems an interesting use of food.

For pure enticment, once of my fav's is the snadwich from "Dave", while a "food" scene would probably be the bullet through milk in "Kiss the Girls". Thats the only one that comes to mind now...and I didn't say 91/2 weeks cause it seemed to simple :)

The Gluttony guy in Seven....no, wait.

The scene in Alive when they have butt steak.

Hey, what can you expect from a guy who ate Hitler's brain with a side of fries?

Oh, and the food fight scene in Little Darlings.

Something about Kristy McNichol and Tatum O'Neal smearing each other with food.

Ahem.

Okay, so I'm a pervert too. You all were thinking it, I just had the guts to speak up.

I'll just be alone here in the corner playing with sharp objects.

Alive. Yes. The scene where they find the tail and gorge themselves. Especially when they all crowd around the picture and ogle the birhtday cake.

Another Fav is the near end scene in Red Dawn when the food falls off the truck. Wonderful scene.
