greenspun.com : LUSENET : ER Discussions : One Thread

I just read a MAJOR spoiler regaurding Mark and Liz. It at the WB boards where someone read in alt.tv.er newsgroup and it was confirmed that Mark and Liz will be engaged this season and they're planning the wedding for May. I think it's cool.

I just thought of something. I wonder if they're doing this so fast because alot of people were mad that there was no Doug and Carol wedding? Just a thought.

Interesting thought. Hmmm...

PS-Is this what they meant by the relationship "evolving"?

Okay, here's the story. I just found out from one of my friends who iwas at the WB boards and she said that someone named the episode when this would happen and what would happen. Do you want me to tell you what it was? I put Warning-MAJOR spoiler as my heading but this may be something you may or may not want to know yet.

Oh I *love* spoilers. :-) I bet their doing this all either in November or February. Am I close?

-- S. Trelles (trelles@ix.netcom.com), August 22, 2000.

I don't know about anyone else but I want to know Cammie!

All right. I'll tell you. I think this episode is what they were filming when "ET" was there. The episode is called "Way Too Soon". And it'll probably be in November. Elizabeth says yes. As for the title it may or may not have anything to do with Mark and Elizabeth because a main patient plotline in this episode has to do with a very premature baby. That's all I know. But the episode would probably take place in November since it'll be big. That's only a guess though.

I knew there was something else I forgot to put down. One more spoiler about the episode. Elizabeth will help Mark move into his new house and will find the engagement ring in a place that she least expects it. I'm not telling you where though. You can guess and if you get it right I'll tell you. Remember the clue. Think of where you would least expect to find something.

I'm sorry. The last words should have read "engagement ring" not "something".

-- Cammie (rmaelhorn@home.com), August 22, 2000.

Let me guess. The freezer? This is just a wild guess. Am I right?

-- Andie (new@now.com), August 22, 2000.

Yes Andie. You're right! Are you sure you just took a wild guess and didn't see it elsewhere? LOL.

-- Cammie (rmaelhorn@home.com), August 22, 2000.

This is NOT airing in November, its the second episode of the season.

Thanks, Cammie!!

Why would Mark put an engagement ring in his freezer? But I've left my car keys in there a few times so I'm one to talk...

This is funny! At first I was going to guess the toilet (mostly because of that alarm system commercial where the girl has hidden all of her jewelry in odd places like the top part of the toilet tank) but then I thought "Why would Lizzie be looking in his toilet?" Then I was guessing the freezer but Andie beat me to it!

I've been catching up on old posts tonight, and wanted to know: where do you find the titles for episodes for Season 7?

-- Roybal (jroybal33@excite.com), August 26, 2000.

Cool! I cannot wait until they get married. As I have said before, though, I sure wish that David Greene could be around for the wedding.

Well considering the spoilers that are out, let's hope Mark is around for the wedding!!!

**********************SPOILER**********************

I received my TV Guide in the mail today and next week's episode (April 19th) is a new one. This seemed as good a place as any to post the summary. It's in a sidebar and has a nice picture of Elizabeth and Mark in dressy clothes. There's also a half-page ad. Here's the summary (************SPOILER*************):

Wedding Day. It's Corday and Greene's wedding day, but--amid a heavy rain that shows no signs of letting up--they seem to be encountering nothing but trouble in getting to the church on time. Things begin on a sentimental note as Corday's mother (Judy Parfitt) presents her with earrings that have been in the family for three generations. Then Greene (Anthony Edwards) realizes that he left his wallet at the hospital, and his trip to retrieve it becomes a series of misadventures that includes his car being towed. Corday (Alex Kingston) has her own auto difficulties--the limousine service knows nothing about arrangements to pick her up. In another storyline, the ER staff deals with injuries caused by an overturned prison van.
