There's really nothing that you do that's worth talking about. Oh wait, you are flexible with time off. But that doesn't make up for anything else. You have alot of great people working here and if you don't open up your eyes very soon, alot of them will be gone. And you have no one to blame but yourselves.

MWI is definitely extremely flexible and understanding of obligations with family or children and this sometimes is the only thing that keeps me here. Please keep this up!! And please keep making all these changes, it's giving some of us some hope to be at a company that's a pleasure to work for someday!

I'm not "dissing" the company crazy. Just stating facts. Obviously, you haven't been around long enough to see the whole picture. When you've heard as many promises as we have, you tend to wonder sometime if it's all worth it. Beleive me, I've had high expectations of MWI just to get shot down again. Maybe if we were alot more organized, things would run alot better and everyone wouldn't be so stressed out all the time and have the attitudes that they do.

I thought the whole purpose of this website was to express your feelings and be able to vent if that's what you felt like doing. So, as usual, we open up alittle and then we get remarks like what "crazy" wrote. I don't feel that was necessary at all.With comments like that, no one is going to open up at all in this site. If this is the only place we can go to and express our feelings, let us do it. If the comments are negative, so be it. It's our way of "venting" without getting in trouble or it coming back at us.
