The main thing i dislike about working at MWI is there is no organization. People spend more time passing the buck and blaming other people. You can't do a good job half the time because paperwork is missing,prints aren't right. You need to try harder on organizing the company instead of making it look pretty. The company looking nice doesn't make shipments.
