I am a 37 year old woman, and I want to learn to row with a crew..how do I get started?

Hi, Mary! Welcome to Capital Rowing Club's website. We have an excellent Novice program starting again in the spring. That's how I got started this year. I'm 39 and have found rowing to be an excellent sport for me . . . low impact with lots of aerobic and strength training. Check out the Novice program on our Home Page under Membership.
