Does Poe have any definite writing techniques that appear in various works? If so, what specific techniques/ works?

yes he is he is the father of the american short stories and he is yhe one who invented it. but i can have the follwing on him he was much cincerned by the the length of the short story, and the difference between it and the novel. he claims that the novel won't have tackt structure.
