What are the legal and governance options for registering a Country Gateway Organization?

Answers

Essentially there are three legal options:

1. association - which will have a permanent members caucus on the Board (founders will keep control) 2. foundation and later association (bringing together all CG content, business and technology partners in an association) 3. association-like foundation (foundation that expanded in membership and became a de facto association) if foundation membership allowed in the local legislation.

Some countries proposed Union, Agency (with strong govt participation) etc. Anyone wants to create a for-profit entity? JSC, Ltd, JV whatever....

The main thing - parents of this organization should be very strong in spirit, content, technology, business skills or financially.
