1. Need some information on WHAT are the issues to look into for a 3 years planning to formalize two Marketing units of two giant corporation in terms of TEAM WORK, GROUP PARTICIPATION & COHESIVENESS.

2. As such, WHAT ingredients should be included in the Managemen-development Programme to eliminates intra-group conflict so that Positive Empowerment & Reinforcement can be created. (assuming there is conflict of interest & marketing strategies in these two giant corporation)
