I'm trying to locate an article in a magazine about a female artist and her recent installation of public art in a public library in New York City. I'm not sure, but I believe it was in Brooklyn. The project was quotations inscribed into the exterior steps at the entrance. Article also described her other projects in various locales. Of course, any information about the artist and this project would be most welcome.
