Grain mill by: Food Science Inc, in Utah, ever heard of them?

Has anyone ever heard of a "Grain Country Mill" made by Food Science Inc. in American Fork, Utah. I've found one for sale but am concerned with getting replacement plates, and whether it's a good deal. It's basically a wooden box, with a 1/2 horse power motor, the plates, a wooden hopper, an adjustable knob for fineness or courseness and a metal lined wooden flour bin drawer. I can't find the company in my searching the net, but I'm new to the net and am not very good at it. My main concern is replacement parts which I could get another motor easy enough or convert it to hand cranking but what about the plates would plates from another size mill work if they wore out, if the company is no longer in business. It appears to be a motor, the plates with the wooden box built around the main parts, so what do ya'll think any input would be greatly appreciated. I've wanted a grain mill for a long time but don't really have a lot of money to spend. Answer soon please! He may sell it! Carol
