Maths.

I'm really bad at Maths. I mean - horrible. I've passed it so far, but only with *that* little.

Tell me - are you good with numbers? Or better at other things? Such as what?

Totally mathematically retarded, I am. Teacher and people who are good with number can't resit telling me at every oppertunity that I'm missing out on so much by having given up on math skils, but the way I see it, it's ALL ok though . . . I get by somehow. And really I think it's like fitness or something - you've either GOT it or you DON'T. It is a very difficult area to change much at all. And not worth the fucking hassle and frustration. Fuck numbers! 12334345982839!!!!

Hmm.... there are certain maths that I am good at, such as Algebra. I am better at that than I am at Geometry. I don't know if I will ever be able to take Calculus though.....

I can't handle math. Even on my best day, I can't handle it. I barely squeaked by the required math courses in college. Barely. But when I'm shopping and something is 30 percent (or whatever) off, I know how to calculate in my head to find out the sale price and when I'm at the grocery store, I can add columns of numbers in my head to calculate my total before I reach the checkout. Damnit, that's all the math I need and maybe it proves I'm not a complete moron.

I used to be great at algebra. As for the rest of it, I got by, swinging slightly above average. I can't juggle figures like my dad can, though. He's a maths'genius.

Ah well, I spend my days programming and writing texts now, and I'm glad to say I hardly need maths at all. So, you know, who gives a toss? :-)
