What is the history of the Sunnyside Conservatory on Monterey Street between Congo and Baden Streets?

Frank Merrill built the conservatory around 1910. He was an inventor and apparently went broke after the conservatory was built. His house was next to the conservatory. He left the conservatory to the city.Good luck on your research.
