Need Jello type salad recipe

Even though it's called a salad, this recipe is definitely more of a dessert. It got raves when I made it for our "Girls day out" with my mother-in-law and sisters-in-law:

Cherry Salad Supreme

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o 1 can (about 21 oz.) cherry pie filling 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained 1 c. Whipped Topping 1 c. mini marshmallows 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 c. boiling water, stir in pie filling. Chill until partially set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 c. boiling water. Beat together cram cheese and mayonnaise, gradually add lemon gelatin. Stir in undrained pineapple. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Spread on top of the cherry layer in a 9- in. square pan. Top with nuts.

Here's two desert type jello recipes that we like.

Pretzel Salad:

2 cups crushed pretzels 1 1/2 sticks margarine 1/4 cup sugar

Mix above ingredients & place in a 13x9 pan & bake 10 minutes at 350.

Beat 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 cups cool whip & 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on cooled pretzel crust.

Mix 2 pkgs. strawberry jello, 2 cups hot pineapple juice & 2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries. Pour over cream cheese/pretzel stuff & chill overnight. Serves 12.

This one's really quick'n easy to make. Easy Jello Salad:

Heat 1 can crushed pineapple Add 1 small pkg. any kind of red jello

Cool. Then add a 16 oz. container of cottage cheese & 1 small container of cool whip. Pour into jello mold or bowl & chill.

Hi Bonnie, here's an easy one.

1 small package of any flavor jello

1 small container of cottage cheese

1 small container of cool whip

mix all together and that's it. I can't stand cottage cheese, but was eating it at my in-laws with every one laughing at me before I knew what was in it. Kids seem to really like it. (even us big ones!)

Jello Junk

One large package jello two large tubs whipped topping two cans mixed fruit

Mix the jello into the undrained fruit, stir in the whipped topping, enjoy. When my children could not handle milk products very well, they could eat this ok and when frozen, they thought it was ice cream.

This is the best dessert I have ever made. I don't know it's name, but everyone begs for it. It may not sound good from recipe ingredients, but try it.

1 white, yellor, or sponge cake (already baked) 2 small boxes strawberry jell-o 1 regular can evaporated milk plus one small can evaporated milk 2 (10 oz) boxes frozen sliced strawberries in syrup 1 large tub Cool Whip

Mix together jell-o powder, milk, and thawed strawberries Tear cake into pieces, layer 1/2 cake in pan or bowl, layer 1/2 mixture over that, then 1/2 of Cool Whip. Repeat with second half of ingredients. Refrigerate. This can be made ahead and with any flavor fruit and jell-o. You can also go fat free and cholesterol free by using fat-free sponge cake, evap milk and Cool Whip without losing any taste. Enjoy
