I am interested to know more about the programs used in the Rites of Passage for boys/ girls.This can include functioning mentoring programs. I am interested in starting such a program at my local church/community in Manenberg, Cape Town South Africa

My Sister,

I grew up in the AME church and came from a family of AME ministers. There is no rites to passage programs that I know of. I suggest that you incorporate the traditions of your ancestors/elders and develop your own. If you came up with something, please email them to me personally.
