i was wondering if you can apply if you will turn 18 during shipwrecked?? also if not then will there be a series 4??? please write back with any information

I have just checked and you must be 18 on the 1st Jan 2001, I hope you fit into that age range. We don't have an information on series 4 yet (its a long way off).
