exposure preview

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Canon FD : One Thread

I can't get the exposure preview to work on my newly acquired t90. This is going to be my main camera for pj work. I decided on it because I like the Fd lenses so well. With the built in motordrive and metering etc, I chose the tank instead of the f1n.I got it out of the box and can't get the exposure preview to work. Everything else seem wonderful, great feel to it. rick

What exposure preview? Do you mean Depth of Field preview?

If so, with a lens mounted, in manual mode, push the lever (or slide) next to the lens mount. The lens will stop down and you can see the depth of field difference. Remember, that if you have selected a wide aperture, the DOF preview will not make much difference at all.

Just to keep the board up to date, Rick and I have exchanged emails.

The button he is talking about is the button to the right of the highlight/shadow buttons.
