Does anyone know of a software program, sound card or video capture card that can capture and encode a true Dolby 5.1 surround sound stream?

Answers

Sonic Foundry makes a software encoder that will create a Dolby 5.1 stream. You have to have seperate sound streams before you encode though. It is also rather expensive. This is the only way I know of though. Hope this helps.
