In the Aug. 12, 1909 issue of the SF Call, it mentions "the celebrated Dana of the New York Sun" at a party for artist Tavernier. Would anoyine know how I could find out which "Dana" they're talking about? Was the New York Sun a SF paper or a NY paper? Thanks Diane Diamond

Richard Dana was the Editor of The New York Sun, a newspaper that was headquartered in New York City. I believe he was teh son of Richard Henry Dana the famous author.
