Are you a severe headache sufferer? Do you have them often? If so, how do you treat them? Nothing seems to work for me other than prescription medication, and sometimes that doesn't even help.

My former boss had severe migraines and used to go to a cranial-sacral therapist. Not too sure what that is, though I think it's some type of woo-woo, voodoo massage, and it helped her immensely.

I get headaches almost daily. I think it's genetic. Thanks, Grandma, i appreciate that, really.

Most of them are just, i don't know, there, and they don't bother me much and they go away on their own. Then you have the OTHER kind. I got a headache on Friday. It finally went away for good on Tuesday - it had been coming and going thanks to Tylenol (extra strength) but it took forever to go away 100%.

Of course, i'm starting to think that maybe part of the reason i have headaches all the time has something to do with a serious lack of water. Drinking coffee in the morning and beer at night, and little else in the way of non-dehydrating drinks in between just can't be good.

I'm drinking my second glass of water today right now. Baby steps.

Aw, poor little Rockstar!

I get tension headaches alot. If not properly attended to, they become crippling tension headaches. The only solution is a well placed pillow under my neck and lots of Advil.

I have tension headaches a lot. A lot of mine are related to blood sugar readings (I'm diabetic) and next to nothing will get rid of those. I should see a specialist sometime. But I hate going to the doctor.
