My 10 year old daughter belongs to a local swim club. We have young coaches with lots of enthusiasm but they lack experience. We would like recomendations on coaching books,& training logs. Also any online information that might be of use. Thank you, Vicky.

I would suggest the book called "SWIMMING EVEN FASTER" by Ernest W. Maglischo, published by the Mayfield Publishing Company. The book is only available in hard cover and should be ordered from your local bookstore. Hope that helps.
