Where can I buy a Film Scanner inc. APS, in Singapore ?

Looked around SimLim and Funan, with only minor sucess. The Cannon shop had the 2710, but nothing else. When I asked in SimLim, the guy said " What's APS film ?"

So I have given up. Please help.
