WIRE:11/01/2000 06:27:00 ET Greek air force plane crashes, pilot safe ATHENS, Nov 1 (Reuters) - A Greek Air Force A-7H plane crashed during a training flight on Wednesday but the pilot ejected and was safe, the Air Force General Staff said. The crash occured in the region of Tenarou, in the south Peloponnese. The General Staff said an investigation into the causes of the accident was under way.
